Using the benefit of high intensity, interval movements we, build up cardio endurance, increase blood flow to the muscles and, improve balance. This combined with the power of Flow movements increases flexibility, mobility and, tones up the entire body. A well-rounded class, perfect for anyone who is ready to sweat and enjoy an effective work out!

The Perfect Work Out For Everyone!
Following the same principle of High, Intensity, Interval, Training, we begin with a slow yoga warm up and then introduce different ways of training your core, cardio and flexibility all at the same time with specifically designed exercises. Short bursts of intensity and then time to recover. All finished off with a sweaty Hiit minute before a relaxing, yoga cool down.

Dance Your Way To Happiness
After having been a professional dancer for over 30 years, I had to develop a synergetic relationship with my body.
At times, I did override my body and have had to pay the price more than once.
Since then, I have learned more gentle techniques influenced by improvisational movement, Yoga, Feldenkreis, Pilates, and Healing techniques, to work organically and keep in tune with the messages my body gives me and become aware of the feedback loop.
Everything we encounter in our lives becomes integrated not only in our minds but also in our bodies.
